Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy CTI Network understands that schedules change and flexibility is important. To help maintain availability and provide a consistent experience for all clients, the following policy applies to all sessions and services: Rescheduling Clients may reschedule appointments as needed with reasonable notice. Rescheduled appointments will be converted into a session credit and may be used toward a future booking. Session credits remain active for up to 90 days from the original purchase date. No Refund Policy All purchases are final and non-refundable. Session payments reserve dedicated time and availability and therefore cannot be refunded for canceled, missed, unused, or rescheduled appointments. Session Credit Expiration Unused session credits that remain inactive beyond 90 days from the original purchase date will automatically expire and are non-refundable. Missed Appointments & No-Shows Clients who miss a scheduled appointment without notice may forfeit that session. Repeated no-shows or excessive scheduling changes may result in limited future booking availability. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at the scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Excessive Rescheduling CTI Network reserves the right to review repeated cancellations or excessive rescheduling patterns to maintain fairness and scheduling availability for all clients.
